Our story

It all began in 1995...

In 1995 the Asador Sidrería La Kupela opened its doors under the direction of chef Félix Moreno. His passion for Basque gastronomy made this Aragonese chef open the first sidrería outside the Basque Country at that time.

We brought to Zaragoza...

… products that until then were unknown in some cases or were not common in our local gastronomy. The success was such that today we can find chops on many menus in the city.

However, in the opinion of our customers, ours is still the best. And the truth is that we must seek the quality of the product and, very importantly, give it the maturity it needs and the necessary point of grilling as we have always done.

It is not a coincidence

That we have positioned ourselves as one of the best restaurants in the city. We want to offer the happiness that comes from sharing special moments, such as those shared around a table in our restaurant.

Our opening hours

From Tuesday to Sunday: from 12:00h to 17:00h

Fridays and Saturdays: from 20:00h to 23:30h
